Back to the Future: Earth Law and the Next 50 Years of Environmental Law


Ecocentric (Earth law) approaches increasingly manifest across a variety of legal and policy contexts, suggesting that Earth law will shape the next generation of environmental law. 

 

Pace | Haub Environmental Law and the Society for Earth Law invite you to a panel discussion with Haub Visiting Scholar James Salzman; Haub Law Professors Alexander Greenawalt, Camila Bustos, Katrina Kuh, and Nicholas Robinson; and Apoorva Satapathy, Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School and Haub Law SJD candidate. 

 

The panel will examine emerging legal developments related to Earth law, including ecocide, the Rights of Nature, constitutional environmental rights, and Indigenous laws.
