Submit Your Pace ID Photo Online

Incoming students, faculty, and staff can upload a photo for their Pace ID before arriving on campus.

Before you begin, make sure you have activated your Pace email account and enrolled in the Duo Mobile app.

How to Submit Your Photo

1. using your Pace credentials.
2. Select Profile in the upper-left corner.
3. Select Submit New Photo.
4. Select Add Photo or drag your photo into the upload area.
5. Select Submit.

When logging in, use your legal name and Ä¢¹½tv email address.

Photo Requirements

To be approved, your photo must:

• Be a color headshot.
• Have a plain white background.
• Clearly show your face.
• Be free of hats, sunglasses, and anything else that obstructs your face.

After You Submit Your Photo

You will receive two emails from Transact:

1. The first confirms that your photo was successfully uploaded.
2. The second confirms whether your photo was approved.

An Auxiliary Services staff member will review your submission. If your photo meets all requirements, it will be approved.

Receive Your Pace ID

• Resident students: Your Pace ID will be provided to the Residential Life team and available when you check in for move-in.
• Commuter students: You will receive your Pace ID during orientation.
• Faculty and staff: After receiving confirmation that your photo was approved, visit the ID Office on your campus to pick up your card.

Duplication of Pace ID cards is strictly prohibited.
